I never figured out how to get out of the free trial before it became an expensive subscription. So I went throught the first year - never using the tool - until yesterday, when they notified me that they had already charged my account for the subscription. So I research on Google and find a pointer to a description which leads you to believe that you have 30 days to cancel after renewal.

But no such thing. There is nothing fair about Terapeake and their policies. And the tool is not worth it. I should also mention Terapeak does something which is "underhanded" If you do a google search, a google image may pop up from terapeak's website. If you click to buy that item, it refers you to another item on eBay which is not the item you first found in the google search.

I'm not sure why this is when all the description and specific descriptors are for the one product and the link leads you to another item altogether different. I am particularly bothered because Terapeak uses my item photos and item descriptions and once you click to buy--the link takes you a competitor's listing.

To me, that is underhanded. They have hi-jacked all my eBay inventory on Google and killed my traffic thereby killing my eBay sales. I'm currently looking into taking legal action against them for illegal use of my intellectual property. Google should ban them from their site for this practice as it harms Google image and customer base. They also have a second redirection to both Amazon and Walmart. Their goal is to try to maximize their affiliate fees by stealing our stuff for their own use.

My listings on eBay no longer get traffic from Google because all my information that appears on Google is linked to Terapeak. That's down right crooked business.
