Ati sapphire hd 3850 windows 7 driver

I read somewhere on the web that the drivers are based on one's computer build, as in some drivers would be better suited in one machine but not necessarily in another. Is this true? If so if anyone has a build similar to mine could tell me which drivers work best for you as it may just do the trick for me?

So I put in that file the corect ID vendor so everything worked like a charm.
