Good luck moving up in the company as well. UTM is a first rate tool and mold repair facility. They are family oriented in their attitude toward their employees. Culture, Trade skilled , laid back , family oriented. Hardest part of the job, Machines were bought at auction previous owners made electrical changes , modifications , that were not documented or recorded, made it difficult at times to trouble shoot electrically Most enjoyable part of the job, traveling and working in 3 different facilities , never a dull moment , everyday new challenges , new things to learn, Also enjoyed working with CNC operators and learning new things from them.
